Where:  Stone County Fairgrounds, Mountain View

What:  Free Kids Fishing Derby Family Fun Day

When:  Saturday, July 20th, 9am

Where:  Griffin Park, 45 Griffin Road, Hardy

What Else:  Open to all children 15 years and under.  Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, bring their own fishing poles, tackle and bait.  Prizes for biggest fish and most weight awarded by age group.  A Fishing Safety Talk is being provided by Arkansas Game and Fish Commission Wildlife Officer Steve Taylor.  Free food and drinks will be provided and access to Griffin Park is free for families during the entire day.  Open fishing for everyone begins after the derby.
