Where:  Cushman Clothing Closet, 2 blocks up Claxton Loop beside Cushman Baptist Church

What:  Fireworks and David Grimes Band Concert

When:  Saturday, June 29th, concert 7pm, fireworks at dark

Where:  Strawberry Ball Field

What Else:  Bring your lawn chairs.  Free admission.

 

What:  Benefit Poker Run with Band and BBQ

When:  Saturday, June 29th, 10am

Where:  Tally Ho, Highway 69 and LaCrosse Road, Melbourne (ride starts at Melbourne Valero Station)

What Else:  Featuring Joe Beavers, Brioney Edwards, David and Annie Blankenship, David Sherrell and Deadwood Groove.  There will also be a silent auction.  Tickets are $6 in advance or $7 at the door.  Proceeds to benefit Izard County Animal Rescue Effort.

What Else:  Tickets are $10 and are available at Batesville Gun and Pawn, Duggers, Believers Community Church, Jubilee Church, Compass Church, Josie’s, Chunky Monkey, Rockin’ Locks and Fine Line Body Art, Shaggy’s Salon, Diamond Designs, First Community Bank and WRD Entertainment.  All proceeds to benefit the Mission at the Cross.  For more information, call 870-373-2271.
