At 6pm there will be a costume contest in the Horseshoe Bend Theatre in the lower level of Diamond B Mall. There will be categories for both adults and children. The Horseshoe Bend Fire Department is having a food booth and will be serving hotdogs and the theatre will have popcorn and drinks.
