Parents are provided free educational materials, books and supplies to work with their child at home to help lay the foundation for kindergarten. Proof of income for all household members for the previous month, including verification of any contributions from family and friends. Applications stating income is zero must provide written statement verifying how they pay their bills. 2. Information on the date and place of current or last employment for all household members. Any member 18 or older without a job must provide verification of unemployment. 3. Proof of child support being received. 4. Proof of utility assistance if applicant received subsidized housing. 5. A copy of an energy bill or receipt from energy supplier.
