Contest Rules

To enter any contest, participants must visit a sponsor location and register during sponsor’s regular business hours. Sponsor locations will be announced throughout the registration period on Arkansas 103-3 Thee Country Super Station and listed in the Arkansas Weekly newspaper.

To enter the contest, participants be be 18 years or older.

Winner must be able to provided proper identification and proof of compliance to all contest rules. It is the sole responsibility of the winner to pay all applicable sales taxes. A 1099 Form will be issued and a winner verification form providing address and social security number must be signed by the winner prior to contest prize being awarded.

There is no purchase necessary to enter contest. Only one registration per visit to each sponsor location will be accepted. Registration form must be completely filled out by contest participant, handwritten and legible.

Sponsors and winner(s) agree to allow W.R.D. Entertainment, Inc. to use for promotional purposes, voice, name and likeness.

Exclusions: Owners and employees of W.R.D. Entertainment, Inc. all contest sponsors, their employees and their immediate families are not eligible to win prize. The definition of immediate family includes, but is not limited to, brothers, sisters, father, mother, and those living in the same household as entrant, as well as in-laws, and immediate blood relatives, including grandchildren and grandparents. Contest judge(s) will make final decision if any entrant is in question.

Decisions by Contest Judge(s) are final.

Winner will be notified by phone.
